STRIIV was built to fill a gap in the market.
As fitness amenities became more complex—and more critical to a building’s success—there was no one owning the full picture. Architects, interior designers, and equipment providers were all contributing, but often without alignment. The result was missed opportunities, costly revisions, and spaces that didn’t perform.
With over 20 years in fitness equipment and amenity development, STRIIV brings a different approach—one that connects vision, layout, equipment, and execution into a single, coordinated system.

STRIIV was founded in 2020 by Sara Dominey, who spent over two decades leading fitness strategy across multifamily, hospitality, and commercial office environments. Her work spans more than 600 projects nationwide and over $35M in equipment execution.
